Arriving mid-winter 2023 to live in Norway after 20 years overseas wasn’t so easy. I made a series of works that explored the emotions. ‘The Aliens Are Back’ hints to a visit in 1997 when the immigration office in Trondheim was actually called the ‘Aliens Office’.

The initial roadblocks we met, gradually resolved and left imprints that softened with time.
